Randy W. Lewis, B.P.E., GBA

Randy is President of Lewis Consulting, an employee benefits consulting practice based in Regina Saskatchewan.  A graduate of the University of Alberta, he has served in the Insurance industry for over 38 years, 21 of those years with major Insurers before forming Lewis Consulting in 2004.  Randy has successfully built relationships with clients that share a desire to be innovative.  His clients understand that the key to benefit leadership lies with intelligent plan design, comprehensive claiming metrics, employee empowerment and wellness.  Randy works with both large and small employers and believes Massage plays an integral role in employee benefits and employee well being.  In addition to consulting to Western College since 2005, he has consulted to Health Canada, the Saskatchewan Drug Plan, the Medical Associations of Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC and to the largest Credit Unions in Saskatchewan.  Randy is currently a Director on the National Board of the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute (CPBI) and is a Council Member of the Saskatchewan Region of CPBI. He is competitive cyclist, a bikepacker, cross country skier, motorcyclist and a Professional Rodeo Photographer when time permits.  Married to Amanda for 38 years, they have a 29 yr. old daughter and a loveable but sometimes annoying dog.
